Master/family room

Annexed access to the farmhouse is via an external oak steps, where the room opens onto the balcony, overlooking the garden, lakes, woodlands and pasture. Extremely spacious accommodation, with a king size bed, sofa bed and antique furniture.

The en-suite bathroom provides a luxury slipper bath, shower, separate wc and heated towel rail. Also tea/coffee making facilities and TV. The latter can be taken away on request if you wish to enjoy the real peace and tranquillity.

External
There is a dedicated and ample parking space for visitors on flat gravel and concrete surfaces.

Entry to the balcony rooms is via a wooden staircase with a turn and mid platform. Entry to the ground floor dining room is via gravel and two steps.

Entry to the twin room is via the main farmhouse porch – which has one small ramp into the entrance hall.

Internal

The farmhouse ground floor is all level and has no steps – all floors are hard surface.
Both balcony rooms have French door access with step over, the rooms are level within and with fitted carpets.

Access to the twin room is via a straight staircase and onto a level landing – all with fitted carpets. Each room has a small step into its shower. Both roll top baths have non slip mats.

This farmhouse B & B has no disabled facilities.
