Come as a riding club/group and get to know your horse and friends in this unique house party atmosphere. Enjoy superb evening meals, or as an alternative be chauffeured to the local restaurants and watering holes. 

Itinerary suggestions – pick and mix:

Spend the day riding the Ratlinghope 14 mile ride – with a stop over at the The Bridges – as seen in Green, Green Grass – BBC TV (we have off road rides of varying lengths)

  • Wile away the morning riding through fields and woodland intersected by babbling brooks of Shadymoor.
  • Spoil yourself with an afternoon shopping trip to the historic county town of Shrewsbury (20 mins drive).
  • Improve your partnership with your horse with private lesson in 40 x 60m ménage
  • Take a trip back in time with a route around the countrylanes in pony and trap
  • Relax on the terrace or if its warm enough take a dip in one of the lakes (use of kayaks and water trampoline.)
